This site is owned and operated by Total Health Collective Inc. (THC Inc.) Please be advised that your online privacy is very important to us and every effort is taken to protect your identity when shopping with us.
Use of Information
Information provided to THC Inc. when ordering products from our site is kept private and not shared with any third party except as needed to fulfill your order. (Your name and address must be provided to United Parcel Service to deliver your package.) Your credit card number is protected by Google Checkout and is not stored on our server.
E-mail addresses are not shared with any third party and are never used for any purpose other than communicating with you regarding your order.
THC Inc. will not use personal information collected for any other purpose than those stated above, without consent. THC Inc. never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.
Order Processing
THC Inc. does not ship orders until full payment and shipping instruction is received. Orders placed using a credit card are processed by our credit card provider immediately, and shipped within 4 - 6 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 business days and given the option of waiting or canceling your order.
Tracking Number
THC Inc. will send a UPS tracking number to you by e-mail. If you have not provided an e-mail address with your order, you may phone us to get the tracking number.
Payment Methods
THC Inc. Uses Google checkout to process credit cards.
Money orders are accepted. NO CHECKS!
Sales Tax
Standard state sales tax will be added to orders within California.
Shipping
All shipments are shipped with United Parcel Service and require a signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Product Availability
At THC Inc. we make every effort to ship your order within two business days. If that changes due to shop production or supplier delays, we will inform you promptly of expected ship date.
If THC Inc. needs to cancel any part or all of your order due to stock issues, discontinuation, or design change, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the order adjustment. If a replacement is suitable, you will be given the opportunity to change your order and pay or be refunded any difference before shipping.
Return Policy
Returns: Products may be returned, unused, within 10 days for a full refund on the price of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping) and duties paid. Used items may not be returned.
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty on all oil extractors. Defective component will be replaced at no charge (customer pays shipping) if component fails from normal use. misuse voids warranty.

Cancellation
You can cancel if we have not shipped yet or you can return any unused and unwanted items to THC Inc. within 10 days after you receive them in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.

THC Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
THC Inc. may make changes to any products or services offered on DankWax.com or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice.
